CCaH Innovator Lynne Giacobbe from Kendal at Home Retires

Twenty-three years ago, when Lynne Giacobbe launched Kendal at Home, a program of LeadingAge member Kendal Corporation, the idea of aging in place “without walls” with the support of a Community Care Retirement Community (CCRC) was new.
