National Workforce Development Month Spotlights Recruitment, Retention and Technology

LeadingAge is marking September as National Workforce Development Month, with a month-long focus on recruiting and retaining employees across aging services. The first feature looks at how member organizations are preparing teams to use artificial intelligence, automation and data effectively through role-based training, digital literacy support, data governance and workflow improvements.
