Community First Solutions Builds on Mission-Driven Growth With New Subsidiary

LeadingAge Ohio congratulates Community First Solutions on its continued growth with the creation of CFS Senior Holdings, LLC, a for-profit subsidiary designed to support senior living acquisitions and management partnerships across the Midwest. Community First Solutions remains a nonprofit organization, with the new subsidiary providing a dedicated platform to expand its senior living operations. The organization has added six campuses to its network over the past three years, including its first communities outside Ohio.

As Community First Solutions expands its reach, the organization says the new structure will allow it to bring its century of operating experience and mission-driven approach to more communities and partners. CFS Senior Holdings will pursue growth opportunities while preserving the culture and commitment to residents and families that have guided Community First Solutions since its founding in 1918.
