ICYMI Advocacy in Action: What S.B. 315 Means for Medicaid Providers

LeadingAge Ohio’s September Advocacy in Action provided an overview of S.B. 315, the Ohio Medicaid Program Integrity and Fraud Prevention Act, which takes effect Oct. 6. The presentation covered key changes involving claims, provider enrollment, electronic visit verification (EVV), fraud detection, payment integrity, and prior authorization, along with steps Medicaid providers can take as implementation begins.
