Reminder: Retirement Savings Program Available to LeadingAge Ohio Members

LeadingAge Ohio members are reminded of the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP), a retirement savings solution introduced earlier this year in partnership with Oppenheimer & Co. and Ascensus. The program offers organizations an opportunity to simplify retirement plan administration, reduce fiduciary responsibilities and potentially lower costs through shared purchasing power.

Designed for organizations with existing 401(k) or 403(b) plans, as well as those considering retirement benefits for the first time, the PEP provides another option for supporting employees' long-term financial security.
