Ohio Department of Health Offers Webinars on Misappropriation and Exploitation

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is offering two live webinars on misappropriation and exploitation in long-term care facilities, scheduled for Nov. 17 at 2 p.m. and Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. The sessions will cover federal regulations, common abuse citations, prevention practices and how ODH's Bureau of Regulatory Operations investigates allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation.

Registration is limited, and continuing education credits will not be offered. Providers should review the Nov. 5 EIDC bulletin from the Ohio Department of Health for registration instructions and additional details. The registration link is intended for bulletin recipients and should not be forwarded.
