Notice of MAC Annual Meeting of the Membership!

Friday, September 20, 2019, at the Fall Convention at the Renaissance Center in Detroit!

According to MAC By-Laws, Section 13.04(a), an Annual Meeting of the Members shall be held at a convention of the organization each year at the date, hour, and place in the State of Michigan selected by the MAC Board of Directors (BOD).

Also, according to MAC By-Laws, Section 13.04(b), at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting of Members, notice of the time, date, day and place of the meeting shall be served, to each member entitled to vote at the meeting. This notice will be deemed duly served when transmitted by mail, fax, email, or electronic means approved by the BOD.

The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at the MAC Fall Convention & Exhibition, Friday, September 20, 2019, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

This MAC Action Report serves as the notice of the Annual Meeting of the Membership.
