What: MFDA is partnering with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Bureau of Corporations, Securities and Commercial Licensing (CSCL) to host an educational program on the new laws regulating removal services and refrigeration facilities that are set to take effect on April 2, 2025. The event will be tailored specifically to those interested in becoming registered as a removal service provider or licensed as a refrigeration facility. Attendees will receive an in-depth analysis of the new laws, an outline of the application and inspection process, and be provided an exclusive opportunity to ask LARA any questions pertaining to how the new laws will be regulated and enforced. MFDA members are kindly encouraged to spread the word about the event to their industry partners.

When: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 4-5:30 pm

Cost: $40 per person which can be paid beforehand or at the door.
