NEW TOBACCO SAMPLE SALES AND ENVIRONMENTAL TOBACCO SMOKE REGULATIONS

 

There are new sample template regulations available to assist your municipality in updating their tobacco regulations. Technical assistance is available which will draft the regulation per your board's requests and provide you with other helpful information to conduct a public hearing, and post-enactment activities.
