Please join MHOA for our upcoming webinar as we unveil an exciting new initiative - a local public health mentorship program!
During the webinar we will provide insights into how MHOA approached the creation and design of this program. You'll gain an understanding of the program's components as we introduce the Mentorship Guide, a valuable resource developed over the past several months and you'll hear from two local public health professionals who participated in focus groups that shaped the program and its materials. They will share their motivations for joining the development process and discuss what they see as the potential benefits of mentorship in local public health.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that applications for the inaugural mentorship cohort will open during the webinar. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the first cohort as a mentor or mentee and contribute to the program's initial launch in September. Take advantage of this chance to enhance your professional growth or to help cultivate the next generation of the public health workforce.
