Please join MHOA for our upcoming webinar to introduce the second year of our local public health mentorship program!
The webinar will provide insights into how MHOA approached the creation and design of this program. You'll gain an understanding of the program's components as we introduce the Mentorship Guide, a valuable resource developed over the past several years and you'll hear from local public health officials who participated in the pilot year of the mentorship program.
We are pleased to announce that the application for those interested in being mentees is currently open until September 20, 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a cohort as a mentor or mentee and contribute to the program's official launch in October. Take advantage of this chance to enhance your professional growth or to help cultivate the next generation of the public health workforce.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the MHOA Mentorship Program components and use of the Mentorship Guide
- Explain the benefits of a mentorship program for the local public health workforce
CEUs available: 1.2 for CPH/ CHO, REHS/RS; 1 RN CE
Lunch and Learn webinars are free to MHOA members and $25 for non-members.
We look forward to your participation and to another successful year of mentorship and professional growth.
