Call for Nominations: MA Rural Health Transformation Program Community Advisory Council
Deadline 4/22
The Massachusetts Rural Health Transformation Program is now accepting nominations for its Community Advisory Council. The MA Executive Office of Health & Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking to appoint 15-20 members reflecting a range of populations, organizations, and geographic areas including:
- Residents of ruralcommunities in Massachusetts
- Primary care, behavioral health, EMS, and social services providers in ruralareas
- RuralHospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
- Representatives of ruralmunicipalities
- Community-based organizations that serve ruralresidents
