Jill brings with over 30 years of medical experience.  This includes a diverse background in all areas of medicine from clinical to billing and she has worked with many physician specialties. Her consulting company provides auditing and the usual consulting services but additionally provides both education and training from front office to back.

Come and join us for this informative session as Jill Young demystifies Incident To and Split/Shared services.  Jill will answer the who, when and where, as well as describe documentation and reporting requirements.  This presentation is ideal for both the new biller and experienced biller, as well.

 


Medicare Appeals and Compliance Update

Lori-Ann Rickard founded Rickard & Associates in 2000 after years as an associate and partner in private practice at a large Detroit corporate law firm, and eight years serving in-house as corporate counsel for the St. John Health System, a member of the largest Catholic Health system in the country, Ascension Health System.

This session will be packed with great information on Medicare's appeal process including the various stages of the appeals. Lori Ann will share strategies to successfully appeal your Medicare denials. Lori Ann will also present information on compliance plans, risk assessments, how to update your plan and real-life case studies.
