Non-Member fees are non-refundable. Members are subject to a $25 cancellation/no show fee with face-to-face meetings, if you do not cancel your reservation at (855) 360-3401, seven days before the event. For in-person meetings, MMBA will allow substitutions, but not webinars. Contact Admin Assistant to arrange a substitute to avoid possible cancellation fees.
