Only a few days remain in the 2016 Michigan state session. The Senate already passed Senate Bill 625, to provide oral chemotherapy parity for Michigan's patients with cancer. The Governor has indicated his support for the bill. The bill is currently in the House Insurance Committee. MSHO and ASCO are urging House Insurance Committee Chair Tom Leonard and House Speaker Kevin Cotter to discharge SB 625 without amendments from the committee to the House floor for a vote.
