Without congressional action, current Medicare telehealth flexibilities will expire on March 31. It's crucial that Congress hears from you about the importance of continued access to telehealth services for patients with cancer.
If Congress fails to act, the pre-pandemic telehealth restrictions requiring a patient be in a designated rural area and go to an approved site outside their home will go back into effect. For patients with cancer, telehealth provides essential access to care for those who need it most, and we cannot allow these flexibilities to expire.
Please use the ACT Network and urge your lawmakers to safeguard our patients' access to telehealth before the deadline!
