The BCBSM February 2026 Billing Chart updates contain an error on page 57 and error in the HCPCS Code for Omisirge, which should have been J3590 or C9.99, but was instead listed as J9271 – which is Keytruda's HCPC Code.
BCBSM is aware of this error and is in the process of making a correction. We do not have an ETA as to when this will be republished with the correction.
Please make a note of this to avoid future denials.
