Effective March 7, 2022, General Rubber was acquired by CECO Environmental. General Rubber will be integrated into the company's Effox-Flextor-Mader business segment. The combined product offering of CECO, General Rubber, and Effox-Flextor-Mader will enable the company to leverage its design and manufacture of dampers and expansion joints for process piping and industrial ductwork applications.
