2025 NAIOP of Ohio Annual Meeting & Legislative Day

Registration is now officially open for the 2025 NAIOP of Ohio Annual Meeting & Legislative Day in Columbus on Tuesday, March 11 at the Athletic Club of Columbus.

Please share this information amongst your respective chapters and let’s push for a successful turnout due to this year being a state operating budget year where state funding programs such as Ohio Opportunity Zone Tax Credit, Transformational Mixed-Use Development, Brownfield Remediation, and the Historic Preservation Tax Credit will all be debated for funding by the legislature.

• Legislative Meetings- 1:30-5:00PM (Ohio Statehouse & Riffe Center)
• Legislative Reception- 5:00-7:00PM (Lower level of the Athletic Club in the Game Room)
