Please join Central Ohio NAIOP on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, 12:00 to 1:00, for a virtual discussion on the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program. This program is designed to provide grants for the assessment and remediation of brownfield sites across Ohio to prepare for future economic development and community improvements. Michael Fraizer (ODOD Chief of the Community Services Division), Steven Gross (Senior Consultant at Verdantas, formerly Hull & Associates), and Jenny Carter-Cornell (Funding Practice Leader at Verdantas) will discuss the application process for the available grant funding.
