On April 9, 2008, Scott Ziance, a partner at the Vorys law firm who focuses his practice on economic development incentives and economic development financing, will present Navigating the Top Ten TIF Misconceptions: Creating Additional Project Value and Avoiding Costly Mistakes. Through this presentation, Ziance will provide valuable tips for overcoming both your own misconceptions and others' misconceptions to maximize the value of tax increment financing for your projects. Topics will include the following, among others:

* How understanding school funding dynamics and explaining those dynamics to others can increase available TIF revenues
