Blue Bamboo Center for Arts, a treasured arts venue, has been at the heart of Winter Park’s cultural landscape, providing accessible, high-quality performances and a space where local artists thrive. From its start on Kentucky Ave, to its new home at the old Winter Park Library, Blue Bamboo has been a stage for world-class music and a support for artists for years.
As they envision a new, revitalized community arts center, our goal is to amplify Blue Bamboo’s positive impact and further enrich Winter Park’s unique artistic ecosystem. This center will be a hub for accessible, high-quality arts experiences, supporting artists with fair compensation and fostering a space where the entire community—from children to older adults—can gather, learn, and be inspired. The center will meet a pressing need for a dedicated arts venue in Winter Park, as many residents currently travel to downtown Orlando for live performances due to limited options nearby. With increased community support, we can ensure that the arts remain vibrant and accessible right here in Winter Park.
Please join us at the conclusion of the event at the Alfond Inn for a Happy Hour and to continue the discussion.
