NAIOP Central Florida: Project Spotlight
BlueScope Properties Group’s Mid-Florida Logistics Park
Apopka, FL
Join us for a tour of one of the fastest growing industrial parks in Central Florida -- BlueScope Properties Group’s new Mid-Florida Logistics Park.
At 180 acres, 150 of which are developable, this industrial park was designed with the opportunity for expansion to account for the growth of the Central Florida market. On site currently are the tenants of GOYA Foods, Coca-Cola and Amazon, totaling 824,000 square feet. BlueScope will share their strategy and vision for how two of these three tenants can be expanded by another 390,000 square feet. The tour will also include an exclusive look at both a building currently under construction, and one remaining land site, both at approximately 250,000 square feet. Our tour speakers will share insights from how the project and lane came together, to building specifics and location advantages of having immediate access to highways and rail access.
Tour Speakers:
- Scott Alexander – BlueScope Properties Group
- Sam Stahnke – ARCO Construction
- Matt Sullivan – JLL
