Becoming a NAIOP member means you are part of Florida’s most respected organization representing the office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate industry. NAIOP Central Florida is comprised of professionals involved in the planning, design, development, construction, ownership and management of various commercial and mixed-use properties.

2023 Membership Rates:
PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIPS
Principal Membership | Annual Dues $895.00
Eligibility: Any individual, company or organization who has an ownership interest in industrial, office or related commercial real estate.
Principal Affiliate | Annual Dues $550.00
Eligibility: The second or third person from the member firm joining the same chapter as the Principal Member may join NAIOP at the reduced membership rate.
Principal Affiliate Corporate | Annual Dues $375.00
Eligibility: The fourth or subsequent person from the Principal member firm, within the same chapter, may join NAIOP at the corporate membership rate.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS
Associate Membership | Annual Dues $895.00
Eligibility: Any individual, company or organization providing services or products to the industrial, office or related commercial real estate industry.
Associate Affiliate | Annual Dues $550.00
Eligibility: The second or third person from the member firm joining the same chapter as the Associate Member may join NAIOP at the reduced membership rate.
Associate Affiliate Corporate | Annual Dues $375.00
Eligibility: The fourth or subsequent person from an Associate member firm, within the same chapter, may join NAIOP at the corporate membership rate.
DEVELOPING LEADER MEMBERSHIP | Annual Dues $375.00
Eligibility: Individual age 35 and under; excluded from qualifying a company for chapter based corporate membership. Proof of age must be provided.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP | Annual Dues $19.00
Eligibility: Any full-time student who is not otherwise employed in the industrial, office or related commercial real estate industry.
ACADEMICIAN MEMBER | Annual Dues $550.00
Eligibility: Any full-time professor who is not otherwise employed in the industrial, office or related commercial real estate industry.
PUBLIC OFFICIAL MEMBER | Annual Dues $550.00
Eligibility: Any local, state or federal government; non-profit organization; or individual employed by one of these organizations.
