Join us on Nov. 2 for the Orlando commercial real estate market’s first VIP tour of the new Lake Nona Wave Hotel, which has staked its claim as one of the most technologically advanced hotel in the world.
Developed and owned by NAIOP annual partner Tavistock Development Company, the luxury Lake Nona Wave Hotel will feature 234 high-tech guest rooms, including 18 art-infused suites, a living room lobby featuring an eclectic cocktail bar, a colorful pool deck with stylish cabanas, two destination dining concepts, a signature cocktail bar, more than 12,000 square feet of innovative meeting and events space, and more.
We’ll learn unique details behind the project’s inception, interior and exterior design choices, and which advanced technology features were incorporated and why. Following our tour of the Wave Hotel, guests will be invited to congregate at nearby Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen in Lake Nona Town Center for happy hour festivities.
