Land markets in our area have a fascinating history.  The current demand for land has reached levels reminiscent of the Disney boom fifty years ago. Everyone is curious as to what lies around the corner. 

The panelists will discuss recent trends, market conditions in certain sub-markets and a wide variety of related issues.  These professionals each occupy a different land-related role and will have a unique perspective to share.

Have a question for our panelists?

The event’s land experts want this to be a fun, wide-ranging and highly engaging discussion.

Toward that end we are asking you, the participants, to pose questions and topics you would like addressed.

If your query makes the cut, you will be asked to stand, grab the mic and pose your question.

Topics might include:  Hottest sub-markets, most active sectors such as apartments or industrial, rural sprawl, water conservation or lack thereof, urban service boundaries, wetland impacts, fourth quarter predictions, and you name it.

**Registration closes end of day April 14, 2022.  Late registrations will be subject to increased registration prices and based on availability. Members: $60/Non-Members $120**
