AGiL Executive Forum Series

From Vision to Reality: How Public-Private Partnerships Help Communities Flourish

The Altamonte Global Innovation Lab (AGīL), in partnership with the Central Florida Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA Central Florida), invites CREDA professionals to participate in an AGīL Executive Forum exploring how major development projects come to life in Altamonte Springs and the role that partnerships with the private sector play in delivering projects in our communities.

This session will feature a fireside chat with City Manager Frank Martz and Amy McCook from JETT Retail Development, followed by a speed-networking session with the next generation of real estate professionals from Altamonte Springs’ Summer 2026 internship cohort. Attendees will also learn how the City is using innovation to change its approach to development and real estate projects.

Join us on Thursday, July 16 at the Altamonte Global Innovation Lab for an inside look behind the scenes and a chance to be part of the conversation.

Light refreshments will be served. Attendees are encouraged to register by Tuesday, July 14.

For event questions, please reach out to Daniel Halpin, at DHalpin@altamonte.org or (407) 571-8038.
