Join NAIOP Central Florida for a tour of the new, distinctly modern 22-story high-rise in downtown Orlando.
Modera Central's luxury apartments also boast many community amenities such as a concierge desk, fitness center, yoga room with fitness on demand, set spa, pool with lounge seating, outdoor entertainment and bar areas, gas fire pits, and Amazon HUB package concierge.
The tour will begin at 3:00 pm. Guests will be briefed on the project and tour the building. The tour will last approximately one hour. Please meet at the Pine Street side of the building. Guests must wear closed-toed, flat shoes for the tour.
