WECT-TV, Wilmington’s NBC Affiliate is seeking a Local Sales/Traffic Assistant. Applicant must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to learn new things quickly. The ideal candidate is very organized, can work well under pressure, and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely. Good communication skills needed. Will work with the sales department, as well as with advertisers and agencies on daily continuity duties, to assure that commercials air as directed. Candidate should also have experience in Powerpoint, Word and Excel and be proficient in data entry. Experience in TV or Radio Traffic is preferred and experience in Wide Orbit TV Traffic Software is ideal. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, fun environment.
