Beasley Media Group Charlotte is searching for a detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and has exceptional organizational and computer skills. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a professional attitude and a proven customer focus. This position will support various departments and act as a liaison between Account Executives and clients, as needed. The ideal candidate will be energetic, efficient and capable of multi-tasking for a variety of personalities in a lively fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with collection calls, processing orders/invoices/statements, mail distribution and various other administrative duties, as required.
Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Experience in data entry, reporting, graphic design and internet research;
• Previous radio industry experience preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
