Local Sales Manager - Greenville Studio (job#1614)

Beasley Media Group is in search of a motivated, experienced, selling Local Sales Manager to lead the Charlotte Sales team in a focused local sales effort. The LSM will be involved, but not limited to developing account plans and strategies, cultivating, influencing and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering product presentations. Responsibilities include leading, hiring, training and managing the sales staff with a goal to achieve sales budgets and outpace the market. The candidate will focus on ensuring successful sales with the development of creative sales opportunities. The Local Sales Manager will review sales proposals and negotiate with clients; manage inventory and pricing; as well as forecast and report sales volumes and target potential sales.

Qualifications:

•Three to five years of previous sales management experience;

•Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices;

•Understanding of broadcasting, pricing inventory, ratings, marketing, promotion, collection standard, digital media, NTR programs and events;

•Strong communications skills with sales staff, clients, and support staff.
