Beasley Media Group’s Fayetteville Market is seeking a full time Traffic Manager. Qualified candidate must be a dependable, organized, and computer savvy individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and reconciling the daily commercial programming log, inputting broadcast orders, managing inventory and maintaining traffic records. This position works closely with sales, programming, and the accounting department and requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment. Job functions include:

Manage commercial inventory/logs to maximize revenue
Verify/Reconcile commercial logs to ensure accurate billing
Perform all other tasks perceived, assigned, and/or required that contribute to the smooth running of the department and to the achievement of department and station goals.

Qualifications:

Meticulous with details
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Diplomatic, with solid people skills – a team player
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Prior radio experience with knowledge of broadcast traffic and automation software a plus
