Position/Title: Traffic & Continuity Director
Details:
• Prepare underwriting schedules that lulfill station's contractual obligations to underwriting clients
• Work with underwriting, programming, promotion, and fundraising to schedule and update all copy
• Schedule, generate, and reconcile daily program logs in Marketron Traffic system
• Manage inventoiy of underwriting to maximize revenue potential, while mamtainiug consistency with underwritmg
scheduling policies
• Produce inventory sales and management reports for WFUV managers and sales executives
• Assemble and print daily program logs and export to AudioVault automation
• Responsible for implementation and management of Marketron Traffic/Audio Vault mterface
• Review daily program logs for proper distribution of elements
- Review sponsor and station promotion copy for FCC compliance
• Reconcile logs and schedule make-goods where needed
• Troubleshoot Markctt'on Traffic issues and make sure client accounts are correct
• Daily processing and accounting for payment transactions
• Perform month-end procedures required for billing and closing the month in Marketron Traffic, including generation of monthly invoices, billing statements, and receivables reports, affidavits and proof of performance statements as requested
• Run mouthly reports as required

• Maintain up to date files for underwriters containing contracts, confirmations and any other valid documents
• Work with Director of Finance to ensure collections and accurate posting of revenue to station accounts
• Work closely with Director of Finance, and Fofdham University Finance, around anuual station audic, and provide information as required on a deadline basis and in a timely fashion
