CBS North Carolina is looking for an experienced newsroom leader who understands how to excel in a multi-media environment. Ideal candidate will drive excellence, guide and recruit newsroom personnel to grow station footprint. The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable, inventive, nimble and ethical. They will implement research based initiatives to support station's quarter hour growth plan including review and revamping of newscast rundowns, teases and Targeted Special Report strategies. The ideal candidate builds partnerships,can see the big picture and aggressively creates and takes advantage of all opportunities to move the station forward.
