Marie served as an advisor and recruiter in higher education while completing her M.Ed. in Human Resource Studies with an emphasis in Counseling and Career Development at Colorado State University. Her graduate studies included adult education, group facilitation, career development theory, and counseling. Marie designs curricula and delivers training programs for career professionals working in university career services, workforce development, community colleges, corrections, nonprofits, military transition programs, and private practice. She trains practitioners internationally in career coaching, assessment interpretation, career management, job search strategy, labor market intelligence, and the ethical use of AI in career services.
