Join NCPLA for an overview, inside look, and recent updates of North Carolina’s rulemaking process with Jeanette Doran, President and General Counsel of the NC Institute of Constitutional Law and Chair of the NC Rules Review Commission and Ashley Snyder, the NC Codifier of Rules.
This two hour CLE will include an overview of NC’s approach to the APA, Rules Review Commission, and insight from OAH.
