NCPLA - Condolences

Dear NCPLA Members:

The Lobbying community was saddened to learn of Berry Jenkins, Jr.'s passing last week. Berry was a longtime lobbyist here in North Carolina and former member of NCPLA. We extend sympathy and condolences to his wife Glenda, daughter Beth, son-in-law Phillip, beloved grandson Noah, and many other family members, friends, and colleagues who will miss him dearly.

CAGC President and CEO Dave Simpson made us aware of Berry's passing and said, “Berry Jenkins was a treasure, a friend and a game changer to countless people, the construction industry, and our quality of life in the Carolinas. We will miss beyond words his wisdom, humor and love for his family, friends and the Wolfpack. Our thoughts, prayers and much love go out to Glenda, Beth, Phillip, and Noah in this sad time.”

The family will be receiving visitors on Saturday, May 20 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Brown Wynne Funeral Home located at 1701 East Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. A private interment will be held at a later date.
