We are excited to welcome everyone to the 76th PCT School Jan. 26-29 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center in Durham!
Here are a few things to keep in mind before you arrive.
- Schedules and Resources: Our website is the place to find all your PCT info. Check it out to find a
printable schedule and the most up-to-date information or access it on your phone via the QR code at right.
- Vendor Information: Updated Vendor and Exhibitor information can be found on our website. Onsite assistance will be available starting at 1 p.m., Monday, Jan. 26.
- Badge Pick Up: If you have pre-registered, badge pickup for those who are already registered will be in the Auditorium Foyer. Onsite Registration and Badge Edits will be in Bull Durham.
- On-Site Registration: If registering on-site, please arrive early and bring licensing information with you.
- Structural Pest and WDIR Courses: If you are registered to attend the Structural Pest Control Course or WDIR Course, please visit our website to familiarize yourself with the details you need for the course.

- Monday, January 26 | 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, January 27 | 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 28 | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, January 29 | 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Meetings and Highlights
- January Board Meeting: The NCPMA Board of Directors will hold its January board meeting on Monday, Jan. 26 beginning at 3 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
- General Membership Meeting: The General Membership Meeting will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. in the Empire Ballroom at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, NC. This meeting will include the Election of the 2026-2027 NCPMA Board of Directors. Please make plans to attend and elect the leadership of your association for the coming year.
- Keynote Speaker: Join us at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27 in the Empire Ballroom to hear our keynote speech “Developing Leaders Within Your Organization” by David Billingsly of the Billingsly Group.
Hands-On Program
Learn the latest techniques in wildlife and mosquito treatment and equipment calibration from some of the best in the industry.
Register for our Hands-On Program to join us Thursday, Jan. 29 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Melodies that Matter
What better way to kick off the PCT School than raising funds through song? Melodies that Matter, NCPWIPM's popular karaoke fundraising event from the 2025 Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic Summer Conference, will be held at the PCT School. Join us Jan. 26 for a fun evening of songs and fun with your pest management family. Learn more below.
