The NC Chapter of the Professional Women in Pest Management committee is exploring a company-level certification program that helps pest management companies create stronger career development, advancement and leadership pathways for their teams.
While this initiative is rooted in PWIPM’s mission to support women in the industry, the program is intended to be inclusive and valuable for all employees committed to professional growth.
