Do you have any recommendations for insurance carriers to provide coverage to our tenants? The current policy we have does not cover flooding.

Most tenant insurance companies do not cover flood/rising water. Hopefully your tenant insurance company will help guide you to reduce the amount of loss such as provide tips for drying items and preventing mold.

No one will cover flooding. That's a Federal Gov't program. That being said, I have heard of some providers helping out their best performing stores. If you have a contact within your current provider I would try to reach out to them to get it pushed through.
