We are looking to change software companies. I would like to know what software other self storage businesses are using and their comments about the software. Also does anyone have any comments about the Uhaul Emove Web Self Storage software? Thank you.

Olivia is selling Sitelink. Don't let that scare you. We are using Sitelink & I would highly recommend their web edition. It's great software & their customer service is always wonderful. I'm sure you can find something cheaper. But coming from a user, I don't think you will find anything better. I would be happy to share our experience with you.

I would highly recommend StorEdge. The differentiating factor is their knowledge and production of websites. The specific result is increased web traffic through relevance on google, etc. Through the combination of the website they created as well as a little help from Sparefoot we leased 77 units in one month in Durham during a lease up.

Never, ever get involved with anything from U-Haul. You cannot trust these people. Sitelink is a good choice for management software

The best thing you can do is schedule times to talk to reps from the different softwares. SiteLink is the leader in the industry based of volume. They do a swell job. StorEdge is another good one is you are looking to do you website and software under the same roof. One thing I will tel you is you get what you pay for. Don't let a $150-$250/ month scare you away from quality software.
On a personal note, we use SiteLink. Overall it's a great product and has improved tremendously in the last 5-7 years. Like any software they have their kinks but who doesn't. I would recommend them.
