I am at the point in my auction process where I am sending the certified letter to the tenant and letting them know when the auction will take place if they do not pay.
How and where do I go about getting an auctioneer that will not cost me the price of the tenants fees owed?

Most auctioneers run on commission, usually between 10%-25%. You can definitely go online as Alex said.
