Getting ready to have my first auction since becoming manager on the 11th. Sent the registered letters out on July 21. I have the receipt from the post office for each letter but have not received the green card from all the letters I sent out. Can I legally auction those units I do not have the green card for?
Can you reschedule an auction without resending the certified letters?

Barbara is spot on here. You can proceed. If you re schedule the auction you need to resend the certified letters out again.

The green card is not necessary anymore after the lien law was updated several years ago. Just send your sale letters certified and keep the receipt.
