I have a tenant that passed away with no known kin or heirs. He was the executor for his mother's estate (no known kin or heirs listed other than my tenant according to the clerk of courts) and is storing some of his mother's estate. He was also the executor for his father's estate but never mentioned his father to me so I'm not sure if there is anything from that estate being stored here. With his passing there is no one paying the bill. I feel certain that I can't just auction it off like a normal past due unit but what can I do?
