Billing Medicare Patient for Clearanail Product

Clearanail is a new product. It is a drill that creates micro trephination of the nail plate such that topical medication can then be applied. (Clearanail.com) question is if a Medicare patient presents with a painful right great toe secondary to thick fungal nail and this procedure is done, does it qualify as 11720 or cash?

If you would bill for this service, it would have to be a self-pay service for any patient interested since it does not have a CPT/HCPCS code assigned for the service. This would not be eligible to be billed as a nail debridement.
