CPT Codes for Class IV Laser Therapy Reimbursable for Podiatry

Are there PT codes for Class IV Laser therapy that is reimbursable for podiatry?

Depending on the insurance, there are two possible procedure codes.  However, these procedure codes could only be covered by commercial payers, and prior verification is recommended.  Check for patient physical therapy services, benefits for both codes to determine if either one is payable under their plan:

Lay Description (Code):

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a form of phototherapy in which low power photonic energy light is applied to lesions and injuries. It reportedly enhances wound healing, including amputation injuries, infected wounds, burns, and skin grafts. The laser infuses the body's cells with energy. LLLT is noninvasive and works quickly.
