Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a form of phototherapy in which low power photonic energy light is applied to lesions and injuries. It reportedly enhances wound healing, including amputation injuries, infected wounds, burns, and skin grafts. The laser infuses the body's cells with energy. LLLT is noninvasive and works quickly.
