2021 Class Findings for RFC

Any changes to class finding for routine care for 2021?

There have been no changes to the class findings for routine foot care. The same documentation/conditions in the current LCD remain unchanged when coding for a systemic condition. Please see the attached LCD policy for reference, there have been no major changes since 2017 aside from some additional diagnosis codes being added as covered systemic conditions.
