UPDATED NY22 and NYC COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

Please be advised that all NY22 Clinical Conference and Exhibition attendees are subject to this mandatory requirement and NYC policy. The executive order issued by the mayor regarding vaccination requirements in New York City states that all NYC Marriott Marquis customers,
employees and vendors are required to be vaccinated for all indoor dining at restaurants, bars,
catering/event facilities and any other indoor sit-down dining options. The executive order also
applies to all fitness centers and entertainment venues, such as night clubs. This requirement
went into effect on August 16.

There will be vaccine checkpoints enforced by the NYC Marriott Marquis to enter all meeting space, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, proof of vaccination (with a valid form of identification) means proof of receipt of two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine (unless vaccinated by a Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine) authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Such proof may be established by:

• A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the
jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered or a digital or physical photo
of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and date administered; or

• A New York City COVID Safe Pass (available to download on Apple
and Android smartphone devices)

• A New York State Excelsior Pass.

• Official Vaccine Record
