Updating EFT Information on the Change Healthcare Portal

What are the functions of "Legacy Change Healthcare" company and how to complain about their poor service? Maybe it is not a question to ask on this site but I need advise on how to deal with Change Healthcare. I was trying to update my EFT banking information for 3 months and as a result my account with Change Healthcare was disactivated.

To address your first concern,  we called Change Healthcare and they informed us that your account is active. To address your second concern, to change the bank account, you will need to sign into “Change Healthcare Provider Payments Portal”. Do not try and perform this on the “Change Healthcare ProviderNet” portal as it is not correct.

  1. Go to https://payerenrollservices.com and single click “sign in” and sign in with your username and password.
  2. Single click on your TIN and the “Payer Enrollment Services” window will open.
  3. On this window you will see a banner with “PAYERS”, “BANKS”, etc...
  4. Single click on “BANKS”, there you will see “Add New Bank” .
  5. Single click “Add New Bank”
    1. Add the new banking information – this will become your default bank account and your old bank account will still be present but deactivated.
  6. Change Healthcare customer service number is (800) 956-5190.
