Referrals Required for UnitedHealth Care Community Plan

united health care community medicaid plan requires a referral from the patients primary doctor to see a specilist such as a podiatrist and I was told this is still required in 2023

Please note the plan has required the referrals for some time now and this does not seem to be changing for 2023 that I know of.
